WHO?
I am first and foremost an evolving human, a spiritual soldier and love warrior. I am also an experienced author, speaker, facilitator, dancer, mother, mentor and word alchemist with expertise in health, wellness, mind body fitness, spirituality, healing arts, addiction, recovery, and personal growth. I am contributing author to Chicken Soup for the Recovering Soul, If Women Ruled the World, and author of my own book I’m Beautiful, Dammit! Waging Your Own CurvOlution.
Additionally, I founded and directed Soul Kitchen Dance – a non profit community organization in Colorado – writing all content, branding, training, newsletters, marketing, membership and promotional materials across all platforms. Before that I founded, spoke and wrote for my project CurvOlution – a women’s size-acceptance movement in Los Angeles – authoring all content, branding, book proposals, press releases, TV and stage treatments, sponsorship decks and corporate correspondence.
